The training includes a range of topics including asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and teaching methodology, delivered through a combination of pre-recorded videos, live online sessions, and interactive learning materials. Participants will have the flexibility to complete the training at their own pace, with the ability to revisit and review content as needed.
